Day to day itinerary

Your cycling holiday starts in Porto, a vibrant city on Portugal’s Atlantic coast. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you’ll receive a welcome briefing and your bike will be professionally fitted for the journey ahead.

Your first cycling stage along the Atlantic Coast leads you past wide sandy beaches, rolling dunes, and peaceful bike paths. Take in breathtaking ocean views as you cycle north towards Estela.

Today you cycle one of the most scenic stages of the route. Follow the Atlantic coastline and pass through charming villages as you ride towards Caminha, located on the border with Spain.

Cross the border from Portugal into Spain (ferry not included) and continue your Camino Portugués cycling route towards Baiona, a charming coastal town in Galicia.

A varied stage with more elevation gain. Cycle through the green inland landscapes of Galicia, following sections of the Camino towards the historic city of Pontevedra.

Continue your route through the beautiful Galician countryside, with forests, rolling hills, and quiet roads. Padrón is an important pilgrimage town just before Santiago de Compostela.

The final stage takes you to the end of your cycling holiday in Santiago de Compostela. A special moment as you arrive at the famous Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.

After breakfast, your journey comes to an end. An optional transfer can be arranged back to Porto or to the airport.
